Financial Success and Self-Image
If you are like a lot of people you have the urge to make money, lots of it, yet we never seem to get started. Why is procrastination the number one killer of our financial dreams. Well believe it or not it boils down to our self-image, everything we do in life is based on our perception of what we can and cannot do. You will never make a lot of money if you have any doubts about yourself. The problem is that most of these self-doubts do not readily reveal themselves, you need to carefully examine yourself to weed out the doubts and then figure out why you even have them.
Procrastination is nothing more than self-doubt ruling your decision making center.
I could create an endless list of self-image misconceptions, but lets just use one as an example. "I try to make more money but the process does not work for me!" Guess what else we could call this. "I'm trying to make money but I did not take the time to learn the process." This is one of the number one killers folks, the problem is we always blame the process instead of our own lack of knowledge.
Question:
How can you possibly expect to get rich when you don't even know how to do it?
Answer:
You never will.
If you truly want to succeed you must convince yourself that you will not make any gains unless you spend the time to learn the process. But guess what, you will never learn anything if you do not solidly believe "You Are Worth It".
Even as I started this website I had self-image issues. I could not keep going without finally convincing myself that I am worth sharing my opinions and knowledge with others, that I do have something of value within me. It is not arrogance to realize that you know something that others would like to know themselves. Like wise you should not be offended when someone does know something you don't.
The point I'm trying to stress here is, put aside your pride and do whatever it takes to actually learn the process you have chosen to make money. You should take pride in the fact that you are intelligent enough to realize that you don't know everything and that you must learn new things to improve your life.
NEVER FORGET:
You are capable of self-improvement if only you first realize that "You Are Worth It", that you have the right to be happy and content and that you realize that you are worth the time it takes to learn new things.

Poor Mental Health Caused By Allergies?
Thousands of people struggle through live day after day with depression, low self-esteem, no sense of purpose and just generally feeling unwell. What most people do not realize is that ALLERGIES could be responsible for some of these problems.
Think about it; if you have a mild allergy to something you may not break out in hives, or have noticeable breathing problems, or any of the other "usual" allergy symptoms, but you display the "unusual symptoms described above (and more).
It may be difficult (or impossible) to tell the difference between allergy fatigue and mental fatigue without visiting a doctor and having a "scratch test" performed. A scratch test is just what it sounds like; a number of scratches are made somewhere on your body and suspected allergens are rubbed gently into them. If you are allergic to any of the substances the scratch will reveal it usually within a few minutes.
With the "suspect list" now in hand your doctor can advise you what substances to avoid. Don't get too excited, thinking you will feel better right away, it can take quite a while to track down all the sources that cause your allergic reactions. It will also take time for your body to excrete the substance from itself.
You can greatly enhance the doctors ability to provide a quick and accurate analysis by maintaining a journal of what you eat and how you feel right after eating, a few hours later, the next day, etc.
If you feel lousy all the time than look for something you eat every day or any substance that you come in contact with often.
You can be allergic to ANYTHING so try to narrow the field down as much as you can so your doctor has fewer substances to check in the scratch test.
My Brother-In-Law went through this procedure MANY times before it was discovered that he was allergic to gluten (wheat products).
Going to the doctor FIRST was a necessity for him so the doctor could rule out other medical causes before allergy testing begun.
NEVER FORGET: I am not a Doctor, YOU are not a Doctor and your BEST FRIEND is not a Doctor!
You can make your doctor's job easier but only he/she can properly diagnose you!
The above may or may not improve your self-image but everything checked and eliminated is one step closer to improving the quality of your life.
