We highly suggest that you use a notebook/journal as you progress through the material MBTS presents to you.
It is much easier to jot down some notes than it is to try remembering what and where something was said.
Also when you notice a change in yourself make a note in your journal about it because looking back on past improvements will greatly enhance your will-power and confidence to keep changing.
Remember: NO improvement you notice should be considered too trivial to bother with.
Ask someone you know and trust to pay attention to your attitude and behavior since they will notice changes sooner than you do yourself. Write down the things they say have changed in your self-image or about how you treat other people.
Basically write down EVERY change anyone notices, including yourself.
